Overview
This Fair Use Policy applies to the Unlimited Plan ($15,000/month) offered by Mitigation Audit LLC. While we call it "unlimited," we implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all customers and maintain service quality.
What "Unlimited" Means
High-Volume Processing
Process hundreds of files per month without per-file charges.
No Throttling for Normal Business Use
Use the Service as much as your legitimate business needs require.
Dedicated Account Manager
Work with us to scale your usage appropriately.
Fair Use Guidelines
To ensure service quality and fair access for all customers, the following guidelines apply:
Reasonable Usage Threshold
The Unlimited Plan is designed for organizations processing up to 500 files per month. If your needs exceed this, please contact your account manager to discuss enterprise options.
Single Organization Use
The plan is for use by one organization only. You may not resell, share, or sublicense access to third parties.
No Automated Bulk Uploads
Automated scripts or bots designed to flood the system with uploads are prohibited. Normal batch processing through our API is permitted.
Legitimate Business Use
The Service must be used solely for reviewing mitigation invoices related to your insurance claims operations.
What Happens If You Exceed Fair Use?
If we notice usage significantly exceeding normal business patterns, we will:
- Contact you to understand your needs
- Work with you to find an appropriate solution (e.g., enterprise plan)
- Never suspend service without prior notice and discussion
Enterprise Options
For organizations with very high volume needs (500+ files/month), we offer custom enterprise solutions with:
- Custom pricing based on actual volume
- Dedicated infrastructure
- Priority processing
- Custom API integrations
- On-premise deployment options
